Aarhus Central Station

Aarhus Central Station will undergo extensive renovation between 2025 and 2026 as part of Banedanmark’s national strategy to electrify and modernise Denmark’s railway infrastructure.
 
The project, led by Aarsleff Rail A/S, includes platform renewal and extensions, track lowering to allow for overhead lines, and the installation of new digital signalling systems.
 
As part of the project, UniSeals has delivered Banedanmark-approved IQ Futura cable chambers along with custom-designed steel frames and recessed covers. These components are essential for ensuring reliable and future-proof cable routing that supports the station’s new electrical and digital systems.
 
UniSeals’ solutions are engineered to meet the demanding requirements for durability and performance in complex railway environments. By delivering these critical infrastructure components, UniSeals helps enable a more efficient, quieter, and modern railway operation for the future.
