IQ X-Duct
Accessible cable routing for modern infrastructure.
A complete GRP composite cable trough range, with sizes, covers and fittings to match your project.
Protected cables. Accessible infrastructure.
IQ X-Duct is a GRP composite cable trough system that protects cables while providing access for inspection, maintenance and future additions.
The range combines the compact X-Duct 240, supplied with a lockable cover, with larger modular systems in sizes 350 to 1000. Contractors and engineers can select the capacity and configuration required for each installation.
Designed for installation and future access
Cable infrastructure needs to accommodate both the initial installation and changes over time. IQ X-Duct combines cable protection with access from above, making it easier to inspect cables, maintain the installation and add cables within the available capacity.
Applications

Select the system for your cable route
X-Duct 240 - Compact cable routing with a lockable cover
X-Duct 240 is supplied as a complete GRP composite cable trough system with a lockable cover included. Its compact format supports surface-level cable routing where space is limited and continued access to cables is required.
- check 240 mm internal width
- check Lockable cover included
- check A15 load class
X-Duct 350–1000 - Modular capacity for larger installations
The larger X-Duct models are assembled from two side elements and a bottom element. Covers are selected separately, and dividers and sliders can be added to suit the cable layout.
- check GRP composite construction
- check 350 and 600 are the standard sizes
- check 800 and 1000 are available for larger projects and made-to-order requirements
- check A15, B125 and D400 cover options
- check Optional vertical dividers and horizontal sliders
Configure protection, separation and access
For X-Duct 350–1000, covers and fittings are selected to match the installation and its operational requirements.
Cover options
A15, B125 and D400 cover options support different loading requirements. Select the cover together with the trough configuration and installation arrangement to suit the project.
Vertical dividers
Divide the trough into separate compartments to organise different cable routes within the same installation.
Horizontal sliders
Add horizontal sliders to configure the internal cable arrangement to suit the project. X-Duct 240 is supplied with its own lockable A15 cover.
Built for your industry
The IQ X-Duct Cable Trough System is used across infrastructure projects where reliable cable trough systems, cable entry ducts and structured cable routing are essential:
Composite strength. Flexible installation
The X-Duct range is manufactured in GRP composite, combining structural strength with resistance to moisture, salt and chemicals. The non-conductive material is suited to demanding cable infrastructure environments.
X-Duct 240 is supplied as a complete system with a lockable cover. Sizes 350–1000 are assembled on site from separate side and bottom elements, with covers and fittings selected to match the project.
The model, cover and installation arrangement should reflect the project’s loading and operating requirements.
